II. Eligibility requirements of the bid registration
1, the enterprises must fulfill the following conditions:
(1) has a valid business license issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce, a contract, an independent legal entity to perform the contract.
(2) must have the administrative department of construction supervision qualification issued by the municipal public works (or engineering supervision qualification).
(3) supervision enterprises for the past five years (2008 to 2013 March 1, 2010), the results of similar projects: The project cost 700 million yuan and above municipal road works and bridge works or elevated freeway projects similar projects.
2, to be served as the project's chief supervision engineer requirements:
(1) The chief supervision engineer must be state registered supervision engineers, senior engineer;
(2) does not violate the registered supervision engineers Regulations (No. 147) of the order of the Ministry of Construction.
III. The proposed project chief supervision engineer registered supervision engineer certificate and my ID card, must carry the official seal to the owners at the signing of the integrity undertaking specific time and notice requirements.
